Today we say goodbye to our lovely friends and generous hosts in Phnom Penh and set out for country no. 9, Indonesia.

Today Erich gave us a Texas fix, smack dab in the middle of Phnom Penh. The Lone Star Saloon, opened by a Texan who's lived in Cambodia over 14 years, sits unassuming on a quiet city block. We watched locals and tourists alike cruise by, seemingly unaware of the bounty awaiting inside: chicken fried steak, slow smoked pork ribs, Dallas Cowboy cheerleader posters, Mexican food, NFL games and a framed picture of Nolan Ryan punching Robin Ventura in the face. We give it 5 big ass Texas stars.
Tonight we went for a tasting at Cerevisia Craft Brewhouse, co-founded by none other than Erich Phillips, a fellow ex-Texan, friend and student council vice president from high school April hadn't seen in over ten years. Erich and his wife Dana were gracious enough to host us during our stay in Phnom Penh, and introduced us to the finest brews the city has to offer.
If you're ever in Phnom Penh, head over to the brewery - free tastings and great company Thursday and Friday nights.
