Today we leave the dunes and head for the Hartmann Valley where we explore and set up the last night of camp.

This evening we set up camp in the sand, made one last dune run, practiced some modeling skills and watched the sunset.

Later this afternoon we climbed, slid, ran, jumped and got stuck in the Kunene Dunes. We caught glimpses of Angola across the river and in stark contrast to Namibia. We also learned that running down a sand dune is about as much fun as one can have, unless you were running down a sand dune while eating orange push pops. And not the cheap ones either.
